PC Name Information about your device.

Please gather some information about your Device:

Click in Windows Search and start typing PC Name or About your PC by searching about in the start menu and hit enter to display your Device Name: RGU-XXXXXXXXXX

Windows 11:

An information window like the one below will appear with basic information about your hardware (processor, RAM, device IDs) under Device Specifications, as well as details about your Windows version under Windows Specifications.

Please take a screenshot of your device information or copy and paste your Device Name into your Fresh Service Ticket. This will help us provide further assistance.
