Add mailbox to outlook as a sperate .OST

In outlook select file at the top left.

Then click on “Add Account”

Enter the email address you are adding to outlook. For you it will be elearningshs@rgu.ac.uk

Click on connect.

Click on “sign in with another account”

Now sign in with your RGU email and password. “m.nicol13@rgu.ac.uk”

It will then sign in and you click done. You must close and re-open outlook

You will now see it done the left hand side of outlook.
