Access to Ask RGU
Ask RGU is now cloud hosted and has different access depending on the type of user you are:
Students
Access the system, log queries, arrange appointments and update enquiries via the student portal:
Ask Admin Staff
Access to the system requires the correct permissions which can be requested via you department/school ask admin or emailing [email protected]. Once you have access the system can be accessed here:

Note: Access to this portal is only available within the University, on a VPN connected device, or via Citrix
Staff Access
As standard, staff do not have access to the Student Portal or Staff Portal.
