The IT Service Desk will be closed from 16:00 on Monday the 23rd December and re-open at 08:00 on Friday the 3rd January, with the in person Service desk in the Riverside Building, being closed from 16:00 on Friday 20th December reopening on Monday 6th January 2025.


Throughout the closure period IT & Digital staff will be actively monitoring and responding to service issues, but to guard against Phishing attacks, we ask you to be vigilant and think twice before clicking on links in email. If you are suspicious of a link, best practice would be to open a browser and go to the relevant website rather than clicking on the link.
