Freddy is IT and Digitals new Service bot, he has access to all of our RGU resources held within our IT ticketing system. This includes your open and historic Tickets, IT Solution Articles, the IT Service catalogue, and can assist raising new Tickets for when you require human support.
Freddy is pinned to the sidebar in Teams ready to assist with your RGU IT queries
Asking Freddy "My Tickets" will display tickets that you have requested. If you have any tickets you will be able to update them directly via teams in this way.
We are still training Freddy and would like any feedback you may have as it will only help us to help Freddy support you better in future.
Note - Freddy is currently not fully conversational yet and does not have access to articles or information out with our ticketing platform.
