Recovering Lost or Deleted Files from RGU Network Drives:


If you’ve accidentally lost or deleted files from your RGU network drives (including H, O, S, and R drives)


You can access your network drives in two ways:


Mapped Network Drive on an RGU PC or Laptop: If you’re using an RGU computer, navigate to the mapped network drive associated with your account.


Recovery Process:


1:Locate the File Location:


Open File Explorer on your * Windows device.


Navigate to the specific network drive (H, O, S, or R) where your files were stored, You will be able to restore up to four individual files or restore your Network Drive to a previous version. 


Restore Previous Versions (if enabled):


Right-click Properties. on the Network Drive you want to restore, Go to the Previous Versions tab. 



Once in previous version, you can choose to restore the Network Drive to a previous version


* If you are wanting to restore an individual File, Navigate to the specific network drive. Right-click on the file you want to recover.


Select Properties > Go to the Previous Versions tab > Choose the latest version of the file before it was deleted.


Click Open to view the file > Scroll through the versions until you find the deleted file > Right-click on it and select Copy > Paste the copied file back to its original location on your Windows computer.



MyApps Recovery process:


Alternatively, use MyApps to access your network drives remotely.


Login to Citrix Workspace (MyApps) search for and open Windows Explorer in the Apps tab.



When Windows Explorer opens, and H:\ Drive is active. You will see your Network Drives listed in Quick access.


Navigate to the Network Drive you need to restore to a Previous Version.



Select Restore previous versions, to launch straight to the previous versions screen.



Once in previous version, you can choose to restore the Network Drive to a previous version


This will initiate the Data Recovery process.
