How to clear the Uniflow Print queue and reset the Uniflow Smart client:
Firstly, please check for any errors in the RGU Print queue and remove any pending or stuck documents. If you encounter an error in your print queue, it might be due to a stuck print job caused by an error or corruption.
You can delete stuck/failed print tasks from your printer queue.
To open the RGU Print, search for ‘printers’ in the Windows search menu and select ‘Printers and Scanners!
Click on the RGU Print printer (or other printer if it's not the default RGU one) *See below:
Select Open Print Queue opens, you should see the print tasks that have become stuck.
You can cancel all the failed (errored) print task from the print queue.
Then can you try restarting the Uniflow client by Right clicking the uniflow icon in the bottom right icon tray and selecting Exit.
Then relaunch the Uniflow client by going to the windows start menu, and searching for the uniflow app, click to launch it.
Wait about 2 minutes and if you are presented with a login screen, login using SSO and follow the on-screen prompts, if not you can continue to proceed to send a test print.
