Uniflow clear queue and reset client:
Firstly, please check for any errors in the RGU Print queue and remove any pending or stuck documents. If you encounter an error in your print queue, it might be due to a stuck print job caused by an error or corruption. You can delete this job from your printer queue.
To open the queue, search for ‘printers’ in the Windows search menu and select ‘Printers and Scanners!
Click open Queue on the RGU Print printer (or other printer if it's not the default RGU one)
When the queue opens, right click the document that has errored and cancel it, sometimes you may need to clear all documents from queue before it starts to function.
Then can you try restarting the Uniflow client by Right clicking the uniflow icon in the bottom right icon tray and selecting Exit.
Then relaunch the Uniflow client by going to the windows start menu, and searching for the uniflow app, click to launch it.
Wait about 2 minutes and if you are presented with a login screen, login using SSO and follow the on screen prompts, if not you can continue to proceed to send a test print.
