Access to the O drive folder is only available if you are connected to the RGU network, either on campus, Through Citrix or VPN
If you require access to a folder or wish to modify an existing folder within the O drive, you can do this via our Service Catalogue, either click the link below

From there click the Request New Service and click the required O drive folder request, you can request to modify permissions of an existing folder or click to create a new O drive folder within your department.
Alternatively you can do this via an email to [email protected], see below for the information required before emailing.
You will need to provide:
1. The O drive Department folder you need access to
e.g. Student Recruitment
2. The Restricted folder (or folders) you need access to
e.g. 'Management'
3. The type of Access
e.g. Read or Read/Write
4. Approval from the folder owner.
Please obtain approval from the folder owner prior to contacting the IT Helpdesk (if you are unsure who the owner is, please ask your dept head or contact the helpdesk)
N.B We only provide access to the department top level folders only, all sub folders will automatically inherit the requested access so please keep this in mind when requesting access for users.
