If your MYRGU app is experiencing any issues you can still access your emails by going to https://outlook.office.com/
and your timetables via https://timetables.rgu.ac.uk and sign in the top right, and course materials by going to https://campusmoodle.rgu.ac.uk
To fix issues with the MYRGU App:
First ensure your phone is fully updated by downloading the latest updates, consult your phones online guides if you don't know how to update your phone
Try restarting your phone fully
Try removing the app and reinstalling,
if that fails can you try clearing the application cache (android only)
- Open the Settings of your phone.

Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page.
- If your phone runs Android Oreo or earlier, you'll want to open the App Manager settings page.

- Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.

Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
- Tap the Clear cache button and the Clear Storage button
If the problem still persists try and think of when the problem started, did you install an app recently that may have caused the issue? if so try removing that app.
If you're still unable to fix the problem please let us know and send details of your phone (make/model) and screenshots of the errors.
