When logged in to one drive on the web (https://liverguac-my.sharepoint.com/personal/upn_rgu_ac_uk) , click on the cog in the top right hand corner:
Click on Restore your OneDrive
From the dropdown click on Custom date and time
You will then be given the option to select files and folders to recover or revert
