The University has a large catalog of Software available to both staff and students. To browse and access the software available to you, please check in the following locations:
PC Users (Staff and Students)
A large number of applications are installed on PCs already, however if you need to look for additional software this can be done via the Software Centre application located on the Start Menu

RGU Laptop Users (Staff)
RGU Laptops have the Company Portal available already installed and all available software can be found by access this from the Start Menu

Existing Software Access
If you require access to software on your PC, laptop, Mac or via Citrix that you know is available to you but does not appear to you, please log a service request here asking for access to the software.
New Software
To request access to a new piece of software, whether that be on your desktop device (PC, MAC, Thin Client), mobile device such as Windows Laptops or Macbooks, or via our Citrix Platform, please follow the link below to the Service Catalog area within our IT Service Desk Support Portal. Once submitted your request will be progressed.
