Starting from week commencing 13th May 2024, the IT Helpdesk at Riverside building will be operating on reduced hours to assist with IT summer work, audits, and projects. The new opening hours will be Tuesdays and Thursday 9.30am to 4.30pm. This will not impact the response times or operation of any of the other channels to contact IT, such as by email, using the Support portal, or calling 2777.
The Helpdesk at Riverside will return to 5 days a week prior to the start of Semester 1 2024.
