When you login to the rgu laptop with a pin code then the security will not allow the connect to some (or all) network drives.
Also the PrintatRGU printer will not work correctly.
You will have click the start menu, then click on lock:
This will lock the screen and you can there chnage the login from Pin to password
When you click sign in options then you can change the pin option to the password option
After this is done, you need to unlock the machine, then save any open documents and then reboot and then login with the new password option in stead of the pin.
And that should return the printer and network drives.
