Student and Staff email information Students and Staff email is provided by Microsoft, you can access this via 2 primary locations, the Outlook app or via the website outlook.office.com If you wish to have email on your phone you will need to download the Outlook app provided by Microsoft Microsoft Outlook – Apps on Google Play Microsoft Outlook App - App Store Third party apps are blocked so you will not be able to set up your RGU email through an app such as Gmail, Samsung or Apple Mail apps and we don't not support this. There is also a handy mail app bundled in with the MY RGU app and we recommend all students install this MYRGU Mobile App | RGU however you will not receive mail notifications so we recommend the primary Microsoft Outlook app if you wish to receive push notifications.
