Zoom Licencing

RGU do not have a site licence for Zoom as the universities supported software for online meetings is Microsoft Teams. Where possible please use Teams to arrange meetings both internally and externally. Although a basic version of Zoom is available, we are limited in the support we can give in the event of any issues.

Where Microsoft Teams cannot support the requirements of the meeting/webinar/conference, a Zoom Pro licence can be purchased and assigned to named users (not shared accounts). This purchase will require a valid justification and is chargeable to the individuals school/department.
